How to book?
Here is the procedure to book an apartment :
To establish the contract, I'll need your mailing address and phone number of the renter’s mobile phone nr (to make an appointment)
-You contract will then be sent by mail
-Please print the contract, sign and send with check of 30% reservation to my address below (if bank transfer, I will then send you my account information in a separate mail)
-At the reception, you will sign the contract and send it back to you.
-We will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange an appointment at the apartment
-Once at the apartment, an inventory will be made and the 70% payment left of the rent must be paid
-A security deposit of 500 € will be requested. We will sign you a receipt and will be returned at your departure if no damage is found.
-An appointment will be made for the transfer of keys and the check-out

Where to park?
The Isola Bella street is a street in front of the place Commandant Maria.
It has free parking. It is quite easy to find a place outside the Cannes Festival and
the months July-August However, even in these times, it is possible to find a place.
Once parked, it is recommended to leave the car parked Cannes because everything is accessible on foot
You can also book a parking Cannes ZAC Maria - EFFIA, located 100 meters from the accommodation at
6, Rue de Vallauris, 06400 CANNES Price/week: 50€

At what time is the check-in?
The arrival is usually done after 14h the day of arrival. However, we will try our best to allow to enter before if possible.
At what time is the check-out?
Departure is usually forwards 10am the day of departure. However, we will try our best to allow to stay longer if possible.
Is there internet wi-fi?
Yes. Wi-fi code will be mentionned on the contract or will be given at your entrance.
Can you provide a baby bed?
Yes we can.. we have one baby bed for the 3 apartments. Therefore, It is important to ask it when you will book the apartment.
Do you accept small animals/pets?
I accept small animals as long as they are small and clean. Thank you to let me know about it when you book the apartment.
